There are countless Youtube-channels and other sites that provide more or less professionally done videos for discussion, education and entertainment in relation to RPGs, so I will keep it down to very few who I absolutely love and recommend.

Deerstalker Pictures
A small Australian indie film crew rooted in the cosplay scene that has made short films and skits related to different (video-)games. Their current main feature is „1 for All“, a web-comedy series about a wayward DnD-group and their desperate DM, which includes 5 regular seasons and lots of specials.
Ginny Di
Ginny Di is an american youtuber who hails from the cosplay scene and has tons of videos concerning different aspects of DnD, often with enactment of her various characters in full costume. Though DnD related, most of her videos are not only great for DnD-players, but RPGs in general, and her acting in-character is always fun to watch.
