Iyak'hana

Background

Iyak’hana and her little sister Iyak’nera were at the market to buy some supplies when slave hunters raided their village and herded all women and girls together. Hana fought back and managed to stab her attacker with a hidden knife, so she could escape, but then she had to witness helplessly as the slavers took Nera away with the other prisoners. She would have jumped right onto the slave hunters had she not been held back by another twi’lek.

This one turned out to be a scout sent by underground leader Orn Fortuna to keep his eyes open for any assaults, but the attack had come so sudden that he could do no more than keep Hana from doing something stupid. When the other freedom fighters finally arrived the slavers had already departed, but Orn promised that they would track down and free all twi’lek that had been captured. In the meantime he offered her a job to work for him and help prevent further assaults on their people. He didn’t have to ask twice because Hana was already convinced. She also got some martial tattoos on her skull and lekku to show her determination.

During the following months Hana was trained in melee combat, stealth and infiltration and proved herself an asset whenever the organization needed to get into secure installations to get information, items or prisoners out. She was also very popular within the organization because of her comradeship and everyone knew they could count on her.

Because of that she was the perfect choice for mission support of their new allies, the Dark Sun syndicate, after their agent Jazva had been gravely wounded during the rescue of Orns own family.

Physical Description

Hana is a green-skinned twi’lek in her early twenties. She usually hides her slender, well-proportioned body beneath casual, loose-fitting streetwear that is also meant to conceal her good quality body armor. When on covert missions she also knows to move in appealing dresses and scant bikinis.

Her lekku, skull and face are tattooed with jagged black patterns which conveys a wild and dangerous look she consciously opted for after she had witnessed her sister being taken away by slavers.

Hana’s main weapon is a large vibroblade that she usually carries in a sheath on her back. This not only serves to make her look even more dangerous and prevent harassment, but it also distracts from her shorter vibroblades that she has concealed under her jacket. For ranged situations she also carries a concealed hold-out blaster.
