    Background

    During the clone wars there was high demand for specialized and mostly autonomously acting clone troopers. The Kaminoan scientists worked very hard on new methods to quickly breed high-class clone units. So they ran several experiments with heavily modified DNA-samples of their genetic donator Jango Fett. There was one batch designated Ja-Y.D-19-11.25 which had a rapidly accelerated growth process as well as other genetic modifications. Only half of the series survived until the final stage of the maturity phase, and even then most of these early subjects had unstable and irrational behavior patterns, so the whole batch was deemed a failure.

    Among the surviving subjects, however, was one where the mutation had caused a chromosome shift: it was female. Physically almost identical to her male counterparts the female clone underwent numerous tests and examinations as the Kaminoans were highly interested in its capabilities. When the tests didn’t yield a satisfying result they instead put clone unit Ja-Y.D-19-11.25#5, as her full designation would be, into the combat conditioning program to evaluate her performance against the male counterparts.

    When Ja-Y.D-19-11.25#5 performed extremely well and surpassed all expectations some scientist may have gotten jealous over her unexpected success and had her put in stasis and put into a clone storage for an indefinite amount of time.

    Many years passed and Ja-Y.D-19-11.25#5 was forgotten by her creators, since cloning was deemed illegal after the rise of the empire. Until one day a gang of criminals raided the vault where her stasis cylinder was kept and took it with them. Why they took her remains as much of a mystery as why they even started the reviving-procedure, but when they realized the destructive potential of this clone they desperately tried to take her down. This triggered the combat reflexes and conditioning of Ja-Y.D-19-11.25#5 and so she answered with a carnage among the criminals.

    Unfortunately, that also impaired the spaceworthyness of the heavy transport they were on, and when the ship was about to crash on some nearby planet one of the other passengers, a Jedi apprentice, went to the cargo hold to investigate. To her surprise she found a naked clone soldier, armed to the teeth and saluting in front of her, saying: “CT special unit Ja-Y.D-19-11.25#5 reporting for duty, General Jedi, sir!”

    Physical Description

    Jayd is fairly tall and has a muscular build. Her skin is tanned and her curly black hair is cut in a short, military fashion. Her facial features are as sharp as those of her genetic donator Jango Fett and only on second glance do they reveal some hints of femininity.

    Since her special tailored clone trooper armor is no longer available she makes do with military uniforms and combat suits.
